This blogpost is about the exercise of the PC muscle or so called Kegel Exercises.
The main function of the PC muscle is to control urine flow, however it also is responsible for the pleasurable contractions you feel during an orgasm....so exercising it can have awesome benefits for your sex life.
You can find this muscle when you urinate and then try stopping the flow.
