Surgery to increase penis size?

There are a lot of private clinics nowadays that perform medical procedures that claim to make the penis look bigger (phalloplasty).
This type of surgery is very expensive to start with and many risks are involved including bleeding, infections or deformity.

One surgical procedure that has become popular since 2005 is slicing through the ligament that supports the penis.

This makes the penis "hang" more, so it appears longer in flaccid state.
But when you have an erection, it does not make any difference to the size of your erected penis, besides it won’t come up as high as before the operation. You also lose the stabilising support of the suspensory ligament which is important to keep the erect penis steady during the vigorous movements during sexual intercourse.

With another type of surgery, the doctor injects your own fat into your penis to make it more bulky, increasing penis girth.
This fat can be harvested around your knees or on your stomach.
These fat injections to increase your penis size may not work at all because your body could "eat the fat" and make it disappear.

Known complications are bumps on the penis, deformities because of irregular residual fat nodules, skin deformity and scarring.

So what surgery to increase penis size will offer at most is a few days' opportunity to fool your friends in the sauna or locker room.
But you can not fool your sexual partners.
What's even worse is that you will have problems of explaining to the same friends why your manhood has begun to suddenly shrink!
